A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival or as specified in your booking confirmation.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to office@royalcastl.com or via WhatsApp at +91 9677 888 035. The following refund schedule applies:

We understand plans change. One free rescheduling is permitted up to 7 days before your check-in date, subject to availability. Subsequent rescheduling requests may attract an administrative fee of ₹500.
Promotional packages, weekend deals, and festive season bookings may have different cancellation terms specified at the time of booking. Please review your booking confirmation carefully.
In the event of unavoidable circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government orders, etc.) that prevent us from honouring your booking, we will offer a full credit note valid for 12 months, or a full refund at our discretion.
For group bookings of 10 or more guests, separate cancellation terms may apply. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific requirements.
Please include your booking reference number, name, and dates in your cancellation request. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
